We impact lives by providing a safe place to live and supportive services designed to inspire hope, create opportunities and strengthen our community.

We seek to build a community where everyone has a path to achieve and maintain safe, affordable housing and the opportunity to thrive.

Values

• Community: Oasis Village works to connect Participants to community through advocacy, stewardship, relationships and bridge building.

• Service: We are in service to our Participants and our community, fostering support, empowerment, and accountability tempered by grace.

• Relationship: Our work is made possible by building trusting, respectful, and collaborative relationships with our Participants, partners, and community. These relationships start with treating Participants with dignity and respect. We prioritize safety, compassion and heart in all that we do.

• Learning and Growth: We are open to possibility and learning alongside of the people we serve. We model accountability, development, resilience and responsibility and we walk the walk. We are nimble and will pivot our services as necessary based upon current results, best practices, and data.
