We seek to build a community where everyone has a path to achieve and maintain safe, affordable housing, and the opportunity to thrive.

Vision:

Through shelter, outreach, and education, we will inspire hope in our participants and our community that homelessness can be overcome.

Values

• Community: Oasis is a welcoming and supportive community working to integrate the unhoused into the larger Redmond community, fostering understanding, connection, and collaboration.

• Service: We are in service to our participants and our community, offering support, empowerment, and accountability tempered by grace.

• Relationship: Our work is made possible by building trusting, respectful, and collaborative relationships with our participants, partners, and community.

• Learning and Growth: We will be a dynamic organization and resource for our community. We will continually and transparently evaluate our work and revise our practices as necessary based upon current results, best practices, and data.
